Rollover Do unused hours roll over?
Yes—on Pro you can roll over up to 50% of unused hours to the next month (1 cycle). We’ll flag likely carryover in your report.
Platforms Can you manage custom stacks?
Yes. We support Shopify, Wix/Squarespace, WordPress, and custom stacks (Laravel/Node/Django) plus static (Next.js/Vercel/Netlify). We set up staging and versioned deploys where possible.
SLA How fast do you respond?
Pro SLA: response within 1 hour. P1 incidents (site down, checkout broken, security breach) receive same-day remediation.
Billing Can I switch plan or billing cycle later?
Yes. You can move between plans or switch to annual anytime (annual = 2 months free). We’ll prorate where applicable.
