SIMBA Package — Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about cPanel hosting, data centers, pages, emails, AI Assistant, timelines, and ownership.
What exactly is included in the SIMBA package?
SIMBA includes: 1-year domain name, annual cPanel hosting with SSL and routine backups, a 25-page website, 25 business email accounts, AI Assistant free for 6 months (Powered by GuavaXP.com), and a choice of data center: USA, UK, EU, or Singapore. Launch handover and short admin training are included.
What counts as a “page” in the 25 pages?
One page = one screen of content with a clear purpose (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact). Long scrolling sections still count as one page. Complex apps, member areas, or custom integrations are quoted separately.
How long does delivery take?
Typical timeline is 10–14 days from kickoff and content handover: design → build → QA → launch.
Do I get full cPanel access and SSL?
Yes. You’ll have full cPanel access for email, files, databases, and DNS. SSL is included and auto-renewed. Routine backups are enabled; we’ll share restore steps during handover.
How do the 25 business emails work? Can I add aliases or forwarders?
SIMBA includes 25 mailbox accounts. You can also create aliases and forwarders in cPanel. We provide webmail access and device setup instructions for phones and laptops.
What happens after the 6 months of AI Assistant?
Continue on a monthly plan (cancel anytime). The assistant stays embedded on your site and can be re-trained with new pages/FAQs. Powered by GuavaXP.com.
Do I own the website and domain?
Yes. After launch and payment, both the website and the domain belong to you. We provide admin access and a credentials handover document.
Can you migrate my existing site into SIMBA hosting?
Yes, we can migrate your current WordPress site into SIMBA’s cPanel hosting. Simple migrations are often included; complex setups (multi-site/custom stacks) may require an add-on.
