What exactly is included in the CHUI package?

CHUI includes: 1-year domain name, annual shared hosting (no cPanel) with SSL, a 15-page website, and 2 business email accounts. You also get launch handover and a short admin training.

What counts as a “page” in the 15 pages?

One page = one screen of content with a clear purpose (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact). A long sales page still counts as one page. Complex custom tools, member areas, or apps are outside CHUI and quoted separately.

How long does it take to deliver?

Typical timeline is 10–14 days after kickoff and content handover. This includes design, build, testing, and launch.

Do I own the website and the domain?

Yes. After launch and payment, the website and domain are yours. We provide admin access and a credentials handover document.

Can I upgrade to SIMBA or TEMBO later?

Absolutely. Upgrading unlocks cPanel hosting, more pages/emails, data-center selection (USA, UK, EU, Singapore), and advanced performance/SEO improvements on higher plans. Compare plans or jump straight to:

Can I use a .co.tz domain or transfer my existing domain?

Yes. We can register or point a .co.tz domain (subject to registry rules) or connect an existing domain you already own. We’ll guide DNS changes during launch.

Does CHUI include email hosting and webmail?

Yes—2 business email accounts with webmail access are included. We’ll share device setup instructions for phones and laptops.

Can I add a blog or extra pages later?

Yes. We can enable a blog and add posts or create extra pages anytime. Additional pages and migrations are billed as add-ons.

Where is my site hosted? Can I choose a data center?

CHUI uses reliable shared hosting (no cPanel) on our standard region. If you need a specific data center (USA, UK, EU, Singapore), upgrade to SIMBA or TEMBO.
